very different setting than any platforms ... no possibilith to print tokens or farm
Or scams ... it has a dev wallet in which is kept enough coin to pay for devs.
Everything else is pure investment and staking .

Wow, Whaleshares still lives! I know I had an account there, once. I kind of gave up on it at some point when it seemed like everybody was just arguing about which direction the site should go... I guess that was about 4 years ago.
I guess I'll have to go back and check it out and see what *"format"" is being used.

I just tried logging in - what the heck is a social key? lol (tried posting key steem, and my password for whaleshares...?)
Social key is posting key ..but steemit key dont work ...you have to find your whaleshares posting key or make one .

...my account is under lucylin - i posted asking - how to deposit. (the I was unable to do anything else due to not enough 'power', or whatever it's called).

Not many when they left for Hive ...but it is a cozy place with no DV and you can just stake your coins ... no pressure on anything , for me it is the best part of that platform.
