I don't think this will bring you profit. Think of it like this; you spent 20 dollars of bitcoin for 200 thousand coins. At today's bitcoin rate, that's 0.0006889 btc. After 1 year, when the bitcoin price doubles, the site will pay you 0.00035 bitcoin for 210 thousand coins with 5% APY.
So the 0.00068 bitcoins you have today will drop to 0.00035 bitcoins. You send the payment in bitcoins, but the site pays you in dollars.
It pays the 5% (APY) interest weekly…. And I send it in Bitcoin.
