Can anyone help me with this bitcoin.com wallet issue

in bitcoin •  3 years ago

So I have a bitcoin.com wallet that I use locally on my computer. I have received transfers from Noise.cash for posting there and everything is working great on that side.

But it seems I can not transfer out of the wallet or exchange for bitcoin or any other real functions on the wallet.

When I try to transfer or do a transaction it will go through the steps and give me this error every time.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

SOLVED- I followed up most suggestions but I was not getting anywhere so I installed the wallet on my phone and then used the recovery sequence and imported it onto the wallet on my phone. Now I should have the freedom to move it how I please.

sorry not use that one for $btc, but ceck out Nimiq wallet no need instalation, and no kyc, easy swap to FIAT work in any browser sir 🤑

If you have fund in that wallet and you want to transfer out, you can try sending a lower value than what you have there.

This shouldn't be an issue, but I have this same wallet, The Android App, which I opened because of Noisecash but I stopped using it ever since they added feature for internal wallet in the site. The App is cool though.

Do recall that they sometimes need the addition of "bitcoincash:" before attaching the receiving wallet address.

Whatever the case may be, your fund is safe there. There may be a delay, but it will get sorted out afterwards.

If you did the process correctly, then it's safe to say thay the App is probably having a glitch or other tech issue.

You can also try to send to your Noise.cash built-in wallet and move it from Noise.cash to Trust wallet and from trust wallet to Binance where you will do any swapping or buying or selling.
(Long process... Hehe)

GoodLuck ✌️

I have no idea how to solve this problem. But I hope this problem is solved soon and you can use this wallet with ease.

I'm ignorant on this but did a search. It appears that often the causes are

  • Needing to update the wallet

  • Insufficient amount to pay fees

  • corrupted files in the wallet requiring a reinstall.

Here is the search I used. I didn't spend more than about ten minutes as many of the links are for other wallets. I assume however that the reasons regardless of wallet for not transacting will be similar. Good luck in solving this.

Well thank you I did do some searches and did not find anything striking and perhaps I was searching too narrow with the actual error code.

I appreciate your diligence and I will try problem solving with those suggestions. And I can already rule out the second one as I have tried different combos.

Thank you again sometimes it is easy to get tunnel vision and someone looking around can be of help.

The site digifinex is worse, got 6k in dollar stuck on there. Can not help with your issue though.
