People didn't sell the top expecting higher, now they will miss the bottom expecting lower

It's funny how this tends to work...

When the price is going up it's never going to go down.

When the price is going down, it's never going to go up.

That causes people to not sell near the highs and not buy near the lows.

It makes a lot of sense to dollar cost average in instead of waiting for a lower price that may never come.
