I think a "cost averaging" strategy would be wise, buying some here but holding some funds ready to buy again if there is a dip. The long term trend is definitely upward, so anyone wanting to save in BTC for 4-5 years should be quite happy. For shorter-term trading, I don't know what would be best right now. And of course, never put more into BTC than you can afford to lose, and know the risks of volatility in the short term.
