I'll settle for the building at the back - with electricity and running water...I'lI can stay there to soothe the wounds from the offence...can't say fairer than that !
It is a barn, electric via solar no probs, for water you need to run the hose to it from the well.
I'll call it my second home from now on then !....lol (or possibly my 4th)
