In Filipino culture, lechon is more than just a roasted pig; it's a culinary icon and a symbol of prosperity and festivity. As the famous Filipino saying goes; a birthday without lechon is not a celebration.
A special day celebrated with her close friends and workmates as well as our entire family who gathered together despite the difficulties of our time and schedule.
Its was a day full of happiness as we were once again united after many months and years not seeing each other from family members to family friends and her circle of friends. It was not only about festivity of foods but also a great opportunity for all of us to reconnect and reminisce the joyfull events of our past.
