As a mankind, everyone has five basic needs. It is their right and the government must fulfill this basic needs of their public. Among this basic needs, food safety is the most important and ranked first. An man must not die with starving. He has the strong right to take food everyday as much he needs. As it is their main basic right and one can't live without food, so the situation must go without control if a group of people can't take food because of any reasons. Such a situation happened at 1977 in Egypt when The govt. of Anwar Sadat of Egypt withdrew the subsidy on bread. As a result the price of a bread increased 50% as before. While people was expecting the increasing of their wages, they faced this price hiking eventually then. As a result, people's discontent swelled. Subsidies on bread were withdrawn then leading to violent riots in Egypt when almost 80 peoples were died and and many injured as the army and police fired on public.

In 1976, president Anwar Sadat wants 0.3 billion USD loan from IMF for his economic reforms in Egypt taken years before the riot which increase the discrimination between the rich and the poor. IMF agreed to give the loan but gave a condition to withdraw the subsidy on food. Anwar Sadat did that but the public discontinent grew up a lot. Af first they made peaceful movement. But president Sadat wanted to impose force upon them by police. Policed fired on them. Then the discontinent of public swelled. They continued their movement even when the army fired on them with police. The situation were going to the worst. As a result president Sadat were forced to withdraw his decision of withdrawing subsidy on bread. At the day, the general people of Egypt showed that any bad decision on against their food safety won't bring anything good.

It is not only the mentally of Egypt, but also from the people of all over the world. People want the food safety most. So any bad decision on it, make the situation worst. So any govt. from any countries of the world must be aware to take any decision on food safety. Because it may cause their end if the decision come out as worse.
