Hi blurt parivaar,
Kaise ho aap sab,
Aasha karti hu sab hari sabziyaan hdmare sehat ke liye bahot acchi hoti hai. Sabziyon me se hame vitamin, minerals kai saare poshaktatwa milte hain.

Jaise jameen ke abdar ugne wali sabziyaan khsne se hamare aankh acche rehte hain.
Mujhe sabziyaan khareedne aur banane ka bahot shauk hai, per ek baat yeh bhi hai ki mujhe sabziyaan toodkar unhe saaf karna bilkul pasand nhi.

Mai hafte me ek baar bajar jakar poori sabjiyan khareed lati hu, fir use saaf karkar, toodkar dibbo me daal kar freeze me rakh deti hu taaki wo poora hafta chale. Sabjiyon ka kachra, peele patte agar ham saaf karke plastic ke bibbo me rakhde to ek hafte tak sabjiyan acchi rehti hai.
