Well, its the market, sometimes it goes up and make green candles but there is no straight up so it will all visit the relatively low prices. This goes on and on especially in the bull market in cryptos like we are witnessing today at the time of this writing. That is why it is important to sell when prices are soaring because the volatility in the crypto market is still a thing and I guess that will continue to be a thing because of the factor of Bitcoin boom and bust cycles.
Bitcoin's price goes up a few months after its halving, it halved last April of last year and now it is in the bull run. After this bull run the markets will turn bearish again especially if there will be more reason to be bearish like an unforeseen global events like regional wars or worse, world war 3 where I guess BTC will be useless from then on, it could be another pandemic where things will go to another halt, then the value of BTC will surely go back a few years as people gets so scared like what happened last 2020 and it also got me worried too because I have no money except with cheap coins that I was able to sell prior as I had to undergo a appendectomy in the first days of January 2020 and by March the pandemic caused lockdowns, so I did got lucky that I had the appendicitis before the pandemic goes loco thanks be to God.
In the past there are more bearish times than the bull cycle time period, so it is wise to accumulate digital assets in the bear market which is actually hard if you do not have the means of earning something. That is why some Altcoins are important to hold by staking because cryptos with staking features always you to earn passive income that you can use for your needs and also for buying other cryptos that yo want to sell in the bull market. It is quite advisable to rage-buy Altcoins or bitcoin during the bear market so that when the bull market happens you can just be relaxed and set your sell order when prices are soaring again, rinse and repeat and it is a long-term perspective technique which is proven to work.
It works the same when there is a momentary dip in the markets/ crypt markets, we have to be always ready because simply, there will always be a dip in the prices that we can take the opportunity to buy back and then sell again within a calculated manner based on past short to long-term price action of the digital asset that we had invested into. It is a good to choose cryptos in the other hand that has a known long-term use so that even if we hold bags of it, we can still enjoy its continual price appreciation although most of the cryptos will still most of the time visit higher prices following the bull run of Bitcoin.
Anyway, I asked mother the other day if there is something that I can have to satiate my nutritional needs following my small lunch meal. I was only able to eat a bit of rice and some fried small grouper fish which I only ate one piece because I don't like it. That is why I had this beans in sweet tomato sauce which is not my favorite because it is high in uric acid but still good to eat because it is still nutritious but must be consumed in small portions particularly by patients with dietary restrictions like myself.
