It is weird that the bull run is starting earlier than I am expecting it to be but maybe because it is nearing the month of December now which corresponds to the so-called "Santa Rally" which happens at almost half of December months. So personally, the moment that I see that BTC breaks the 38K barrier and go greater heights with its value at around less than 50K, I will break my accumulation work and start selling because with the kind of cryptocurrency tokens that I have I will gain more if I would sell them at high prices rather than continue to collect passive income in which I would gain less considering that the bull market is really short compared to the rest of the time of its 1 cycle where the bear market corresponds to almost three years because of the accumulation stages which can last up to two years or more.
I could not really afford to miss this opportunity to sell-out (and buy back some later) because one cycle of BTC is long and I could not really wait anymore to cash out to allow me to get more gains compared to just earning a relative passive income where earning with that route is much slower whereas if I would sell all l of my cryptos will allow me to gain more of that crypto and at the same time more token that I can stake especially now that I had accumulated a good amount of the cryptocurrency that I was holding and accumulating for many years already and will put me in a far more better position compared before. Of course, during my time of accumulating, spending some of it I used for my own needs like getting an emergency operation about my appendicitis issue which occurred last January of 2020 and this recent operation that I had in one of the big government (Semi-private) hospitals in Manila for fixing my AV fistula that had gone very big and very painful. I mean, I have many problems from not accumulating as fast as I can because of the need to spend so much money coming from my accumulated cryptos and from my cryptos for my trading purposes which is needed to do to keep myself alive with the mercy of God although the point of earning cryptos for one thing is to let you be able to afford things like when emergency situations happens.
So I am more than glad that at least I was able to accumulate and also having the chance to make my portfolio to grow big as well which I foresee that will be enough to make my wants a reality and at the same time earning much more passive income for the rest of my "alive" years with the opportunity to pass my made wealth to my family which I guess will be motivated to continue my peculiar legacy because of what they will get from it on a daily basis. It is one of the good things about the user cases of cryptocurrencies where some of it can give you a considerable benefit if you happen to collect more of it and then gets to reach a greater value once Bitcoin reaches greater heights because of its fundamentals which is so good that it is really worth the time and effort because of the assurance of gain if you will just accumulate and sell when BTC is within the mooning months before and after its halving where its corresponding supply shock really gives a positive valuation for itself and the rest of most cryptocurrencies out there like the STEEM token which is I am talking about here.
The time of getting bigger profits is knocking on our doors already and from this moment up to the rest of next year is a fruitful years for those that lasted waiting this long. The wait seems to be very long when in fact it is really fast when it comes to reaching your goals if you were able to do most of the right things that is. So if you would compare your work with the "Real world", you are much in a better shape because you have all the time in the world to do anything else, you are with your friends and family and never ever have to leave them, do not have any higher-ups to answer to, no firing from the job, no more trying to endure your co-workers, no putting up to toxic co-workers, no stress. no more hard work, have time for other things and being like a happy-go-lucky of a person particularly if you had earned enough with the addition of a better passive income than before. It is one of the big benefits of blockchain technology because this technology can be put into good use where the users or holders of this cryptocurrencies are given hoards of particular use use cases like simplification of tasks, transactions, whatever or helping them to earn passively as mentioned among other functions and benefits.
The free dialysis dream
As I have posted a few days ago, I am not expecting to get rejected from being one of the first few patients to use our municipal town government's big project, the free dialysis clinic. Their reason is that the machines are new and because of that many patients with viral conditions with their liver are not worthy of using some of these new machines. I felt terrible because the clinic had fifteen machine and they could easily use about three or more machines for servicing the said patients considering that many patients are positive with hepatitis virus which is just a reflection on how the said virus is prevalent now in my country although I guess that newborn babies do not have the issue because they are immunized a few months after they were born. In my case I was not immunized and was exposed to something, somebody, or somewhere as I grow up or maybe in that instance were when I was a baby I was transfused with blood in one of the hospitals in Manila where my mother brought me because of my health issue of maybe suffering from insomnia, headache, and loss of appetite for the reason that I was diagnosed of having an anemia which is why I was transfused with blood.
By the way, Hep B is not that really infectious as long as somebody ingested your blood and other body secretions, or you are eating using the same plate. Not all Hep B virus are the same as some will only make you a carrier and not to suffer from getting yellow with your eyes or skin or dying from it based on the type of B virus that you have while most Hep B virus sufferers will surely doe eventually for the symptoms that I mentioned or liver cancer for that matter. However there is a certain Hep virus like the Hep C which is incurable if not maybe cost you multimillions to get rid of it. Its carriers will soon die from liver cancer. But whatever type of Hepatic virus that I have, I still am worried about my future because what I don't like is that I would suffer from its symptoms first before I die a lingering death and that is not I want to happen. It already affected my future because I was unable to live normally or not able to go for a possible Kidney transplant which is why my condition turned like this, my face and torso looked like it was mushed by a kid or half-chewed by a cat.
Anyway, with regards to my dream, it showed that I was accepted and they put me into a room. a room for every single dialysis patient to get a dialysis treatment. Then I was attended by five or so nurses while I lay down in the most comfortable bed ever. There was no worry there in my mind and in that dream I felt much better while still worrying about the type of dialysis that they had given me, like copying about how I am dialyzed from my current dialysis center. after my dialysis I went on to "walk" to a store and buy myself an ice cream which in fact I seldom eat. Of course there are many things that happened there within that dream and if it happens that I can remember them all which is impossible, it really can turn out better than the episodes of the TV series, "The twilight Zone". But these multitudes of dreams that people experiences are just a reflections of their frustrations, fears, wants, had seen, had heard, had listened to, had been watching, thinking about, or even with the current external factors from the sounds and noises around them that affects how their dreams would be like.
On a side note, Cryptos as a useful Heirloom
We all have things in our lives that we wanted to achieve, it starts with a dream, a more positive dream, the "want" that can make us somewhat secure if not happy and a thing that will ease our passage in this carnal world which also would impact the lives of our immediate family and our descendants, the legacy that can be one way of securing the future lives of a family, and a go-to legacy which solves future real life problems after our time. It is one benefit of blockchain technology. However, the ones that will hold your crypto treasures after your time should also be as passionate as you are for the reason that it is is easy to lose if not misuse these I call "crypto-legacy" so still, it remains to be seen on how these benefits will serve the bearer based on their own final decisions along with the rest of the family.
Digital currency or digital assets it you may, as a form of inheritance is new but it is now real, well for as long as the source had thought on how their recipients can get the hold of it once the original holder dies or not able to move anymore. Happy are those that will be in the inheritance list once the original holder departs or something to render them totally immobile to say the least because the benefit from getting your hands with cryptos in some instances erases your worries about money from this current time and into the future because we are already in the stage that we will become bigger than the last time, heck it could also mean that other Altcoins would never recede back to their lower prices, but it seems to be not the case because we are always presented to go back to by much cheaper prices which is one good thing about cryptos which I pray that should be the case for many years to come.
At first I thought that I would leave this world penniless, however it seems strange that I want to leave more money and not spend it all, but whichever the case, I am more than thankful to God that I was able to reach my dreams and more although I can never be able to conquer my original plan which is for the normalization of my health or at least my body's basic function like having the ability to breathe much more easily, a better mobility, a normal level of strength and appetite, but now I do think that I will not get normal again as I was dreaming all these past few years. My plans had changed and still thankful that at least I will not leave this world without somebody missing me rather than getting a much relief that I am finally out from their lives. All in all, cryptocurrency had been my tool to literally save my life, not accounting the mercy of God for me as well and I have as I said it already never been too much thankful to God that I am able to raise my miserable existence as a dialysis patient into a much bearable state considering that in totality of it I am still on a constant struggle to see the light of the next day.

I haven't contacted Miss mermaidvampire because I am out from the platform where I guess she is staying right now? What about her? I also hope that she is fine kasi maraming complications itong pagiging dialysis patient like itong bone complication sa mukha ko at gulogod at pagiging PWD pagkatapos.
Two decades and two years na po akong dinadialyis with no more hope of getting a transplant because of the said complications because of a big chance of Kidney disease to re-occur on the transplanted Kidney because of the biopsy findings.
