There are many types of cryptos like in the case of BTC it is a "store of value" which means that when you buy it with your FIAT cash, your FIAT cash in the form of BTC will not get de-valued for long-term perspective because Bitcoin has a scarcity factor and that is what it makes it valuable. So any people or groups that would buy Bitcoin will be sure to see that in the long run, their investment will "flower" unlike when you hold your money in the bank, then time will make it less able to by you stuff particularly when you needed important things like emergency hospitalization and basic needs like food, transportation needs, and shelter.
Anyway, some types of cryptos are known as DPOS like STEEM, the thing with DPOS is that when you stake it, it gives your a constant dividend, meaning that "your money blooms" as time passes by. That is why when you stake lot s of STEEM, you can also have a considerable amount of passive income. But STEEM token is inflationary which means a constant flow of STEEM token is created and this makes the value of it to remained pinned down as evidenced by its price performance from its inception.
But what is good about steem or even in any other type of cryptos is that they have a green season which is just my personal term for a Bull market season. So it doesn't matter much for steem to even be inflationary because what is important is that we get to experience having seasons of low and high prices so that we can always have the chance to buy cheaper and then enjoy the token like a DPOS coin because again, staking it will make us earn more of it unlike other coins which doesn't do anything when you hold them and then praying that they will rise like a burning Phoenix from the ashes so to speak.
A community-supported coin like a DPOS coin really lasts and I guess that STEEM will be here for good because the use case of it is solid as real people from almost all walks of life, well maybe those that likes to blog plus some investors loves it like I do uses it and now had been a part of my life and a very nice accompaniment for such a shy, agoraphobic, night owl, and introvert person like I am. But the thing over here is that we have to get bigger so that we can feel the difference of how it works and give us a relative better life.
It is because of course, the more stake you have then it will favor you economically compared to other people outside who has to go to work every single day, waking up early to go to work, battle through the traffic even when you have your own vehicle and then also pay for its gas or when you just take the public transport, the fare is high, then the cost of your food, I mean you burn much on what you earn, but with having a good enough stake, life is so much easier for your from then on.
There are also cryptos that serves other purpose like a faster banking transactions which XRP with RLUSD will be providing in the near future and we have yet to see how it works if it will be implemented by the banking system. If it will be implemented, then it will solve many things like the ability to make micropayments by employers to their online employees far away, or no more waiting for five business days until your money gets transferred to or back to you for some transaction like a refund, payment or money transfer. It is in the works now and I see that it will benefit so much people because of the speed and ease of making financial transactions unlike before.
Bitcoin's impact is causing all these positive moments to many cryptos which is why having any cryptos will give us a different level of gains may it be a lesser known Meme coin or a crypto listed further down in the coinmarketcap leaderboard, all are given life because of the price movement of BTC as if it is the Altcoins blood and that is what is great about owning cryptos because the are dragged up and down in a good way and gives us a perpetual opportunity to be onboarded and enjoy the journey further way up in terms of benefits that gives more hope to our lives si that living in this concrete jungle will get more survivable and ultimately gives us levels of happiness.
