I plan to have a protected room from noise of the nearby road soon when BTC goes BOOM!

My sleep is always interrupted by noise and it has been always like that ever since I had a trouble sleeping because of my long history of insomnia. It is just I can sleep now because my anemia had improved considerably from the last few years for some unknown reason considering that I have two failed Kidneys and that they should be not producing the red blood cell-producing hormone which is called Erythropoietin or EPO for short which I just regard as a miracle from God. I have already posted on that topic about EPO many times over with my effort to spread awareness about my peculiar medical condition requiring chronic dialysis and my story about how I deal with my life.

Sleep is one topic that I am always talking about because I had been plagued with sleep disorder ever since before I had my first dialysis session, so a few years before December 2001 I am already suffering from insomnia and it didn't get some improvement until my hemoglobin had started to get into the acceptable levels and still my sleep quality is poor because of my being a very light sleeper with an intermittent sleep disorder. It is just made worse by the noise coming from the vehicles that pass-by the road near my house and it is truly bothersome because it aggravates my sleeping problem.

That is why I am only having an opportunity for me to go into a "shut-eye" only during deep in the night or early morning after twelve in the morning because not much vehicles are passing-by at those times until some "I want to kill motorcyclist revving his cheap motor for show with an intended noisy exhaust pipe" passes-by intermittently and thereby interrupting my sleep in the middle before I would even have some dream which our brain needs to stay healthy with its functions.

I am just lucky if I will be able to have some dreaming because I know for sure that at least my brain was able to let-off some steam and thus saving my mental health. I know the value of sleep which is why during the times that I am really insomniac I am making the pint of at least getting thirty minutes of sleep so that I will not go "loco" like what happened to some of my co-patients that went to that route because they really do not know how to deal with it better than I do which is why I am still keeping my sanity although of course I will never be cognitively smart like how normal people perform with their healthy brains.

Anemia does make a student or example dumber compared to their normal peers. It is a definite fact that I had observed because of my experience as it happened to me. That is why I struggled to excel during my high school and especially in my shortened College years of schooling respectively because my Kidney condition is already brewing at that time. Our brain needs oxygen to function normally which is why with just few minutes of oxygen deprivation, the brain cells would start to die. That is why there are some if not many or the ones that suffered with oxygen deprivation from many causes if not died had become either partially or permanently affected by just a few minutes of oxygen deprived brain.

In contrast, if you would actually have a normal and healthy red blood cell with a very good amount of hemoglobin, the substance that carries oxygen to every cells of our body to give them a needed life or part of fuel mix to optimize the cells function, then we can be assured of a better-performing brain cell and it helps us to learn when we are studying for example. My unusual pro-tip for students is to use oxygen coming from an oxygen tank as if they are suffering from bronchitis or something like that when studying because that extra oxygen really will make the brain perform better cognitively.

Just think of our brain cells or our body cells for that matter as a car engine, it needs fuel like a gasoline and for our body cells it will come from the food that we eat. Now like a car too, it needs oxygen as well otherwise the gasoline would not fire-up and make a combustion. It is the same for our brain, it needs oxygen for our body's every cell to work much efficiently if not boosting it particularly for our brains like we are turbo-charging it if we will use an oxygen coming from a tank of medical oxygen especially so if our blood's hemoglobin levels are very good.

You can also use iron supplements like ferrous fumarate combined with vitamin C plus some folate to make your gut absorb it better and feel the result. So what result I am talking about here? Well you will have a better sleep! Why did I said that? It is because I told my bother to do it although he only took an iron supplement plus vitamins and reported back to me that his sleep quality and well-being was enhanced considering that he has no health problems so the effect of extra or should I say very efficient oxygen delivery for his body's cells really gave him what I expect as a result.

For my case, I am currently having a high hemoglobin levels too, and what I mean by that is that my blood's level is quite far from my contemporaries at the dialysis center where some cannot really raise their for one reason or another which makes them to require a "double dose" of the said hormone medicine so that they can have a better blood "picture" and avoid complications of anemia which are very torturous because there are many of them like loss of considerable weight, being pallid-looking, lack of energy, being too irritable, anxious (anxiety disorder), loss of appetite, and loss of sleep or terrible insomnia if the anemia is not corrected.

There is even a case where my friend which is an old guy with no clue, neither his relatives or family member on what to do with the blood bags he acquired from the blood bank and unfortunately was never given a guidance by our nurse back them from a different dialysis clinic just made the bags of blood expire and therefore was not able to be transfused considering that he needs it to get his needed dialysis treatment otherwise it will not be possible for him to get treated. Well he died after getting home from both not getting dialyzed and not getting the blood transfusion, it is a rare even but it happened. Although the nurse and his doctor husband are the ones that should have directed him in the first place, they just didn't and didn't felt responsible for what happened although ihave my own personal insight for that event.

As for my situation and medical condition regarding my rather chronic sleep disorder and a "level of anemia", I already had done the best that I could for my hemoglobin levels thanks be to the miracle of God and now I am off to set this needed goal to help me get a peaceful environment so that I can be able to have a better sleeping quality. Improving my room and the rets of the house or a much better house to suit my basic needs along with y aging parent's needs is already in the plan already, it just took too much time from my cache of short lifetime but at least the hope for a better abode is already here, it is near the door already and may God wills it sooner thank be to God a million times already.
