We now get a mix of fine day but with a mix of rain sometimes during some days now.

Yesterday I decided to make a few batches of capsules of what was left from my Moringa powder because I am already running low with my supply. I made it sure not to get my back strained again by separating the cap and body of the empty capsules by lying down while I am doing it so that in doing so it will save my back from pain prior to filling the trays of the capsulator machine.

However I filled the capsulator machine with the capsule parts while sitting-up and because it also takes time to manually put those capsule body and the capsule caps one by one inside their corresponding trays, yeah it contributed in straining my backbone. I have to manually do the capsule parts placement because I do not want them to go inside the holes up-side down and it will be difficult and will take too much time to look for upside-down capsule parts and then manually pull them to correct their position to their corresponding holes.

I learned from my lesson which is why I go full manual in inserting the capsule parts to their trays to avoid a failed capsule and mess. Now I also learned that I have to put those capsule parts while lying down here on my bed because my back never cooperates and it caused me pain yesterday after completing the task. I have to take a batch after doing that tasking work after finishing and cleaning all the capsulator machine trays.

I asked my mother if she has those NSAID analgesic that I was taking before so that I can use it to get some relief and also so that I can sleep much better. It happens when I get some pain relief that I am able to sleep much better like today because taking pain medication makes my overall feeling to get lighter and it does induce relaxation and sleep. That is why I got to have some rather "good" sleep today, my brain probably had let out a lot of steam and how I wish that this would be the same each and every night because I haven't had any quality baby-like sleep and it is more than frustration for me to realize it.

I still am having a bad sleep condition simply because of these body pains and I do not know if I can ever get freed from experiencing it in the future but I guess that I will graduate from this world with my evil twin "pain". I might look in the internet of I can see if there are natural pain remedies that I can use to treat this already chronic pain so that at least I can use those without the fear of side-effects. NSAID medication has a lot of side-effects especially for destroying red blood cells in the body which is why I am trying to avoid it as much as I can, it is just that my back had been strained because of the extended time that I was sitting-up and it just caused extra pain in my upper-back.

Anyway, I am also able to make a compacted Moringa powder capsules by using the art of the capsulator machine that I thought before was the final part to push the cap of the capsule to the -re-filled body of the capsule. I missed that function and yesterday I was able to utilize its proper use. So now I have a relatively more dense Moringa powder capsules and maybe I will not be buying another bigger capsulator machine because of the use of compactor part of the capsulator machine somewhat makes the content of each capsule bigger or deser unlike before I am not using it.
