Being away from family can be very difficult, so it is better to take care of our mental and physical health. I was able to read in your publication something about blood pressure, for this I can recommend you to lower your consumption of sugar and carbohydrates, in addition to having dinner before 6 in the afternoon.
For mental health, it is better not to think much about the future because it generates anxiety, it is better to think about now and enjoy each day, the small details, smile more and think positive.
