Dailywire should not have conditional contracts. Just pay people less money and promise a percentage of the profits. If you want to lock me into a deal, pay it all up front because I don't want to find out later that I will never get the money. I disagree with copyright. Salaries do not have to depend on YouTube ad revenue. That is a lie. If Steven Crowder were to make some ad revenue for Dailywire, then DW could give Crowder bonus payments as the revenue comes in. But I would argue for a base income that is based on people signing up for DW. What is so bad is that DW was trying to punish Crowder who could get banned off YouTube at any time like I have been. Getting locked into a deal is a bad idea if it is this conditional because tomorrow is NOT promised. You might die. You might get kicked off social media. Do not have contracts saying you will be punished if social media decides to stab you in the back for any reason or without reason. YouTube deleted my 10K+ videos, suspended 3+ channels, locked me out of 30+ channels. Don't get me started on the other social media thugs out there.

Tree of Logic, I didn't know you were a cop, I'd feel safe around you. I remember 20 years ago at church a cop friend saying it's tough for conservative police to be promoted to higher positions. You can't say it's just a contract and say we best friends too. Ben was saying Steven only needs to follow YouTube rules. But if only it was that easy. In the same breath, Ben said he called up YouTube. That my friend is a paradox. You don't need to call up the CEO of YouTube if all Crowder had to do was follow the rules. Plus, what Shapiro said about telling people to go watch what is not allowed on YouTube on Dailywire is said to be NOT allowed. YouTube has said linking or sending people to content that is not allowed on YouTube is not allowed. So, why is Ben breaking the rules? YouTube can ban Crowder for off-site content. Social media do this kind of thing all the time. At any time, Crowder could be banned like Alex Jones, Stefan Molyneux, Oatmeal Joey Arnold, etc.

If big tech bans her father, then what? Well, if her dad is a cash cow for Dailywire, then Ben Shapiro will negotiate with big tech what can be published or not since they do all of the editing or what not.
