The First Barbeque of the Season

Our City now has a special Barbeque spot, so we inaugurate our first barbeque session of the season at the new spot.....hehehe. It's that time of the year where we need to be outdoors, enjoying the weather and making the most of it. Normally we are doing it by the beach side. This time we changed our venue as there has been a special park made now in the city which has barbeque pits and all the arrangements are there in the park. There are around 30 barbeque spots with a large area for each spot where people can come in large groups and families and have a good time there, enjoying the weather and the city views. It's on a hill top, so there is a spectacular city view that we get from the place.

The only issue now is that it is getting popular due to all the ready arrangements so it's hard to get the spot. We need to go and reserve it from afternoon itself, else if we go during the evening time then it's impossible to get the spot. One of our friends reached there in afternoon and kept all the stuff there. The one thing good here is that you need not worry about the safety of your things kept here, because no one will touch it. We can keep our things reserve the place and leave and then return back later in the evening.

The boys are getting at work, they were all super excited since it is the first of the season.

It now gets on the grill to be cooked

I am also doing my bit and helping out. We were all taking turns to do the cooking and then the cleaning.

And the juicy, yummy chicken is ready to be gobbled.

As I mentioned this place is on a hill top and gives some good views of the city

We did this on Thursday evening, the beginning of our weekend. It was a wonderful start of the weekend with Christmas celebrations then continuing over the weekend.
Time to get back to work.....and await the next weekend which brings in New Year.
