Hey blurt world, these are my new baked goodies I made last night. I followed some random videos on YouTube and I am quite pleased with the outcome. These are carrot cakes by the way.
The recipe calls for a different kind of nut I forgot the name and here I used a local nut. The nuts are chunky and my testers preferred thinly sliced nuts or none at all. One prefers a frosting on top which mine lacks so I took note of the suggestion. They do love the taste of cinnamon because they get reminded of the festive season of fruit cakes. It's my first time to learn this recipe and the cinnamon is really great.
