Greetings my friends,
There is something I want to blurt about it is a trending local bread here in the Philippines. It is called Ube and cheese pandesal. Ube is a purple yam and pandesal is our version of a breakfast roll. Lately people on social media are posting about a new recipe for our staple breakfast bread. They added the ingredients I mentioned and the result was a hit and trended online. I made my own version and here I posted the finished product. We paired it with coffee as we are about to have our midnight snack and some chit chat.
It was quite a long day for me busy with sourcing my ingredients and baking this batch of Ube cheese bread. After this I will have my needed rest. Until next time. Hive On
