Hi Blurtians! Today is the recognition day of my niece. Recognizing a student's success is very necessary because it works as a great motivation for the students. It also encourages them to work even harder. Awards and accolades are vitally important in student's life.
Students can be recognized for a number of accomplishments. It includes academic achievement, a demonstration of their love of learning, excel in sports and other co-curricular events or have shown exemplary attitude and behavior, among others.
I can really see the happiness of my niece because she got an award and also my sister being a proud parent. She is awarded with honors, best in conduct award and some other recognition. She is reaping the reward of her hardwork in doing her school works piously.
Receiving a medal or certificate makes a student feel that his or her work is valued. It shows approval and gratitude for a job well-done, and it makes the students aware that good work will be rewarded. ♥️
