I will share some of my past experiences that I can't seem to forget. I almost got raped multiple times. First, when I was still in grade school with my cousin. Second, when I worked as a helper in Danao for my male employers in 2016. Third, when my boyfriend's friend attempted to assault me in 2017. Fourth, my boyfriend tried to rape me in 2018. These are experiences that continue to haunt me to this day. It's not easy to keep replaying them in my mind, but I have to because I now have a family to protect.

Sexual assault is a form of sexual violence that involves any unwanted sexual contact or behavior. This can include but is not limited to: touching, fondling, kissing, or forcing someone to engage in sexual activity against their will. Sexual assault can happen to anyone regardless of their gender, age, or sexual orientation. It is a serious crime that can have long-lasting effects on the survivor's physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

I am so sorry to hear that you have experienced sexual assault just like me. No one deserves to go through such a traumatic experience. However, I want you to know that you are not alone, and there is hope for healing and recovery.

As a woman who has experienced sexual assault, you have already shown incredible strength and resilience. Despite the trauma you have experienced, you have the power to take control of your life and your healing journey. It may not be easy, and it may take time, but know that you are capable of healing and moving forward.

Remember that your worth and value as a person are not defined by the actions of someone else. You are a strong, beautiful, and valuable person with so much to offer the world. Don't let the actions of someone else diminish your sense of self-worth.

It's important to seek help and support from trusted friends, family members, or professionals. There is no shame in reaching out for help. You do not have to go through this alone. There are resources available to help you heal and move forward.

You are not defined by what has happened to you. You have the power to define your own life, to create a future that is filled with love, joy, and fulfillment. So don't give up hope. Keep moving forward, and remember that you are a survivor, not a victim.

Thank you for your support. May God Bless us all 🙏❤️.
