As some of you know, I'm quite the francophile, probably owing to my living in the Saarland region of Germany, i.e. right on the French border. The two cars I present to you here used to be omnipresent when I was a little boy. Alas, nowadays we only see those streamlined high tech contraptions that lack every semblance of soul on the roads. Too bad.

Wie einige von euch wissen, bin ich ziemlich frankophil, was wahrscheinlich daran liegt, dass ich im Saarland lebe, also direkt an der französischen Grenze. Die beiden Autos, die ich euch hier präsentiere, waren allgegenwärtig, als ich noch ein kleiner Junge war. Leider sehen wir heute nur noch diese stromlinienförmigen High-Tech-Geräte, denen jeder Anschein von Seele fehlt, auf unseren Strassen. Wie schade.
