Final piece

Hi blurtants!!!

One of the greatest fear of an artist is for the client to disapprove the final piece you made...

Today I bring to us a piece I made recently.. the reference picture was actually too plain and smooth without pores or contours.. and reference photo without this contours seems a bit difficult to draw out since you don't really see contours and pores to pick and make the work more realistic.

So when I finished the work at first the client complained of slight differences between the main photo and the drawing so I had to rework, because sometimes as an artist you might not see it all..

But after I had made some necessary corrections, she was very glad and satisfied..

Materials Used for this piece

  • graphite pencil

  • charcoal pencil

  • monoeraser

  • elastoma eraser

  • glazescard

  • charcoal dust

  • brushes

  • tissue paper
