Forever Blooming! Latest artwork! 14 hours!

There are moments I doubt myself!

But when I manage to finish a task like this drawing, I smile so wide and feel so damn good that I want to start a new one right away! BUT, I can't and I should not do it either! You see, my hand/arm really hurts after doing a art project like this! 14 hours of stippling is not something I would recomend doing! Of course I took breaks in between others wise I would have killed myself! I spreaded the work over a week! I did not push myself to finish or to work on it! I just picked it up when I was feeling in the mood and that was quit often!

Art supplies.

For this drawing I used:
Ecoline Liquid water colour print paper 150 Gr, size A4.
A Micron marker size 0.1
A staedtler pigment liner size 0.8

I can hear you think, water color paper? Yepp! This is amazing paper and they did something to it so the color you put on it, is brighter than when you use normal paper! So, even when I just use liners and no Ecoline or other water color paint, I use this paper because I love it! It's not cheap though. I paid €12.95 for 75 sheets! But I really think it's worth it!

The pain of the drawing!

I found the most struggle when I was doing the massive black part, the triangle! With my last drawing I did this part last! BUT, I wanted it done first now! Mostly because it's the hardest part of the drawing and takes forever. The black triangle took me at least 3 and a half hour! Stip and dot by dot, I managed to color it but let me tell you one thing... My brain and heart kept screaming at me to just pick up a huge black marker and color the whole thing in 30 seconds. With dotting it takes forever to cover a whole part! It seriously drove me nuts a few times! BUT, all in all, I am happy I did it at the start this time.
