Hi all!
Today I share with you my new artwork done with a pen. Much of my ink were applied here to give it a navy blue color.
I used a combination of scribble, hatching and Pointilism to build my forms. Its comb and wattle were done with scribbles and Pointilism while the feathers(hackles) were done with hatching. Surrounding that mean looking eye were lots of tiny hidden dots.
I took time to add details to this drawing and the outcome was satisfactory to me.
Can you feel the stained look in this Rooster's eye?

Very nice drawing, and impressive that you can do it directly with ballpoint, rather than pencil! Yes, the rooster looks like he's ready to go after something... perhaps a competitor getting too close to his hens?
