Happiness means different things to different people. What it would be for you, is a feeling of peace, freedom, and satisfaction. It usually means being free from all the stress around us and juggling what society told us is important. This is why most people are very stressed and become victims of our society’s pressures.
Despite this, creativity has always been one of the key contributors to happiness in people's lives because they indeed have an inherent need to be surrounded by something that inspires them and nurtures them with new ideas time after time while also creating peace amidst all the chaos that surrounds us in our world today so they can find success later on in life.
A study conducted by University College London earlier this year showed that trees have more than three times more oxygen production than humans have breath which contributes to many physical and mental benefits. The researchers concluded that the benefits to humans of trees include the production of oxygen, the creation of shade, and mitigation against rainwater runoff.
There is no better word to describe happiness than passion. On a conscious level, we can always be passionate about anything; whether it is our job, love, or hobby. Creativity is the power that drives humans and their ability to build something of their own. This rings true even today when life, as we know it, has evolved so much. While the world has changed in many ways, creativity is still and always will be an integral part of human society. This means that schools have a responsibility to cultivate creativity in young people, so they have the capability to think outside of themselves and innovate new ways of solving problems.
