Art is not just something relatable to talent, but it’s a mind game like no other. It starts from the idea and plays with our deepest thoughts adding multifaceted happiness. Just like writing or any other activity, art can get scary sometimes. People present their joyful pieces to others and find joy in bringing their good selves to light.
Me: Whenever I create an artwork, my mind goes wild and free. I create anything that I desire!
Blaise Pascal said: "The heart has its reasons which reason does not know." And Art is an incredible therapy for stress, anxiety, and depression; learning that not one movement is made unless it was made with feeling!

The relationship between creativity and mental health has long been known, with scholars noting that the release of cognitive inhibition has a direct correlation to improved wellbeing across society. One particular way this restraint-releasing quality is beneficial to people is in creative actives; artistic products (albums, paintings, musical productions) and writing (stories, poems), which bring physical representational products of the internal thinking process.
