Pixel Art Avatar #008: "Franky Hulk"

in art •  3 years ago

He's supposed to be the Hulk, however, he also has a weird resemblance with Frankenstein. And that's why I named him "Franky Hulk" for fun.

I find it very difficult to get the proportion right. I guess the shape of the head doesn't really apply to characters like the Hulk. The space for the face is too constrained for me to show the necessary details that I needed to show.

The funny thing about the result is that he has a lazy or a disappointed look. I really want him to look fierce or angry but he ends up looking bored. Anyway, I hope you still enjoy this piece.

What is a WIP?

Sorry for the late reply.

It's a "work in progress"

By the way, thanks for upvoting my post ☺

Thank you. I'm not so good with acronyms yet... but I'm back on Blurt @funtraveller. Thanks for sharing your drawing. I am discovering various new ways of creating and or generating art.

Nowadays, there are a lot of ways of creating artwork using our computer or iPad. Recently, I'm seeing the style called GAN or AI art, a very modern way of creating artwork. The results look weird but very interesting.

As for me, I'm learning the old-style graphics - pixel art.
