A Night Capture

This is a picture of one of the city Mosque that I clicked at night time. Since this is an Islamic Country there are many Mosques in the city and all over the country. The architecture of all of them is very magnificent. Honestly till I came to this place I never imagined that these worship places can be so beautiful. Back in Mumbai also there are many but they are not as beautiful and elegant as what I see here. I keep telling my hubby that someday I want to do this night drive through the city clicking the pictures of all the Mosques, because in night with light effects they look all the more attractive. The Grand Mosque is one of the best one in the city. I have shared the pictures before of the Grand Mosque of day and night time.

Here if you want to visit the Mosque both man and woman can do that with appropriate traditional dressing. You cannot go in prayer time. One of my Omani friend has promised me to take me to one of the city mosque to see from inside. As such I have visited the Grand Mosque from inside since it's open for tourist at a certain hour during the day.
