Ah, thank you for clarifying. It might be the case since they don't seem to be acknowledging you that you'll need to move on or create a new account. Obviously if you do that you will never want to do whatever happened again or mention the new account is tied to you. I'm unsure what you may have done but assume you have an idea.
Perhaps @yayogerardo can advise on whether you should give this account up.
