The Empire Tractor Corporation bult two models the model 88 and the model 90

Model 88 Empire Tractor has 25 Drawbar HP
Model 90 Empire Tractor also had 25 Drawbar HP

This old Empire Tractor is a two wheel rear drive with what was known as a wide two wheel front end.

Notice not one but two hard steel seats and I do not know the reason for the second seat on this tractor.
