Kingdom is an epic Manga/Anime based around the unification of China. I can't recommend this manga enough.
The first season of the anime leaves much to be desired in the way of art style but it does improve and the latest season has met parity in animation quality. Without spoiling much, Kingdom carries many historic themes and masterfully crafts its characters.
Epic character development leads for some jap dropping moments and the scale of the battles will please anyone who appreciates epically large scale battles.
Season 3 has been delayed due to COVID-19 but will return in Spring 2021, I am very excited to see the return of Kingdom!
