I'll try to keep this simple.

The intention of these types of post from me is to help the reader see the signs of a possible statist/cultist/dead-lab-rat. With the manner of which they speak, you will be able to tell just a little bit more of what it is that is stinging in your own brain as a result of reading their jargon.

Rat Poison is essentially legal speak. More importantly Rat Poison is what the mind of a statist is suffering from, and what the victim is suffering from is from a fraudulent induced confusion over his/her belief of reality. This "confusion" is made by being a subject to the legal language terminology being introduced (starting at a very young age) false synonymous with common layman's language such as english or spanish, etc... .

One who has mild rat poisoning should consult some serious self help and do whatever is possible to detox from having legal speak jargon as fact or legitimate in their brains.

A detox can be arranged but it has to be done by the one needing it. None can help them, they must do so themselves. We can only show them how to do it and it won't be a comfortable detox either. Emotional pain from old events will surface.

The science to this is quite clear and easy to understand for any layman on the path to be being "healed". It is not a secret, nor is it something faith based. It is an exact science with much study behind it and the method requires no hypnosis, putting patients to sleep, etc of that kind.

You may already do this method and never realized you were doing it. Good for you.

A small examples of a person ladled with rat posion would be the one to believe two contradictions at one time: Mr. Owell called this "double-speak".

"Sovereign-Citizen" is one of those oxymoronic terms that should raise a flag of a possible statist. However this is usually presumed on you by "an official" of "higher ranking".

Sovereign is a free man. No masters or kings above you except for maybe "God".
The very definition of Citizen is a servant to the state or government. In short, a slave.

Everything that "government"(those that call themselves gov) does they do it using fear, intimidation, coercion, and all types violent behavior to benifit "government" and other private sectors.

To say you are both a servant and a free man would be a thing very well appreciated, if only that servitude did not come with duress, coercion and threat of violence. A statist that has this embedded into them with force and fear and through fraudulent indoctrination at a young age, be it from parents and public schools, they are taught blind obedience to the state is virtues and synonymous with being free and moral. It simply can not be, for morality is based on liberty and the mind of a devout lab rat statist will not understand or even be aware of it.

However that is, what is being implied here is when someone questions someone else for evidence of jurisdiction to someone who believes themselves to be "an authority", they get called a Sovereign-citizens (sometimes).

They may say something like, "oh your pulling the sovereign citizen thing that wont work here". Of course, that will not work for that is not what we are claiming to be nor are we playing any games. We are defending, through questions and demands, of our liberties from being hijacked by a terrorist organization posing as something legitimate and moral.

We don't really say this to them, just as we do not say we are a free man on the land to them, otherwise we have developed a burden to prove that claim. We don't want them to switch the tables on us. So long as we do not give them anything and have an unanswered question we are winning. So long as we keep demand on our side we will win. It is not an easy task at first to confront their fear tactics which is their best weapon against us, which can and will be used if they so wish to. The real fight is "in" the "court" and a topic too long to discuss in one post.

When we question for jurisdiction evidence to these statist that believe themselves "an official", we are not making claims or arguments. Questions are not claims nor is it an argument. Accusations even presumed ones are.

He who claims should provide evidence or else his claim is just an opinion or a biased belief. And of which may be subject
to being questioned with logic, rationality, ethics and morals as our foundation and most importantly the fifth thing.

THE FIFTH THING

• Lack of evidence is evidence for the wrongly accused to use against the claimants accusations.

It must be presented to back that claim otherwise it is just an opinion or belief. Especially if that claim is being backed up with only force and the presumptuous tyrant is being impatient with your unwillingness to comply to his snowflake demands. A very too common outcome is being thrown in jail without any due process.

It doesnt matter if they say you got due process, you didn't, but they will repeat it untill you accept it or don't bring it up again. They just want to move the "hearing" along as fast as possible and get you to accept defeat and sign guilty, then bam. They got a bonus on their paycheck for their commission on the case. That is what the judges get with every guilty plea deals you sign. The more the merrier. Meanwhile happy slave is locked in jail believing it was justified but it really was not. This only further confuses and demoralizes the victim of the accusation.

That is also why they want you tied to your fictional "NAME".

They are attempting to manipulate us with gaslighting techniques, that is why they call us Sovereign-Citizens. Its just more assumptions. Think of the breakdown of the word ass|u|me.

This can be considered also an instigator alert, this person is trying to manipulate you by using gas lighting techniques to get you to change the subject or get angry they can apply force. And they'll say "see we had jurisdiction because they are in handcuffs". Mere delusions of a zombie labrat.

Remember when you question for the evidence of their claim against you, their number one key stone to hold up their gateway into putting cuffs on you is with your permission only. And all they need is you to obediently adhere yourself to their fictional delusional world.

All you have to do is give them your name and they will register "NAME" only in their dead poisoned heads. (Which I find amazing, "how can they still breathe with no brain function?" -Eric WhoRu Williams once told us).
