Drinking alcohol sometimes. Even if I've been breastfeeding with my son. Then again I let myself drink alcoholic drink just like this beer. I just drink a few shots to make me fall asleep. Drinking alcoholic isn't advisable for me because I have a baby to feed and nurse.
Alcohol consumption during nursing is not advised. Alcohol can enter breast milk and have an impact on a baby's behaviour and developmental stage. It's generally advised to steer clear of alcohol when nursing, or if you must, limit your intake to rare, small amounts, and wait a few hours before nursing again to give your body time to process the alcohol.
It's crucial to use caution when consuming alcohol while nursing. The prevailing consensus is that occasional, moderate alcohol consumption is safe. It's important to pace your drinking, though. I always remember that drinking too much alcohol can be bad for me and for my baby so moderation is very necessary.
