I used AI to generate a song!

This is exciting news. I have to tell someone.

I know! I will BLURT the news to the world.

Anyway, I've been using AI to generate images for blog posts for this past year. I generated the above image with NightCafe.

I've considered creating a podcast and would like to enhance the posts with music. So, I decided to try generating music with AI.

I looked around for music generators and finally decided to generate a song on Suno.com. The podcast would be about math history; So, I asked for a good song about the history of math. Suno produced the hit number one single "Infinite Ways"

The AI generated lyrics of "Infinite Ways" is:

   Step into a world where numbers unfold
   Where history meets math
   A story untold
   From ancient civilizations to modern days
   We'll explore the secrets
   In infinite ways

I find the lyrics amusing as students of math and logic should learn that no-one ever actually achieves infinite.

Also the history of mathematics is often told.

I am not sure about Blurt's policy on embedding songs. You can listen to the song on Suno.com. I also placed a copy on my personal web site. I will put all of the songs I generate on my web site.

Should I Subscribe to Suno?

Suno has several licenses. The free license lets people create songs for personal and non-profit use. As I read the license, I am able to put the songs on my web site.

Since I will earn BLURT for this post. I would not be allowed to publish the song on my BLURT blog.

Since I might receive income for a podcast, I am not allowed to use the song in a podcast or on a Youtube channel.

The "Pro Subscription" costs $96. Here is the question: Could the addition of music to my web presentations return $96 a year?

Is AI music something of value?
