STEPS INVOLVED IN MAKING EMPTY CAPSULES ARE

1. DIPPING :- Pair of the stainless pins are dip into the solution to simultaneously form the cap and body the temperature is about 50°c
2. SPINNING:- The bar containing pins ars removed and rotated to that thickness pf films are obtained
3. DRYING :- The group of pind are passed through drying oven
4. STRIPPING :- Now the capsule are removed from the pins with thr help of bronz jaws
   5 ) TRIMMING.
