POETRY: We Can Do It

You need to do it,
however you’re scared.
It’s some thing though
that have to be done.
Your pals all rib you
for by no means even trying.
So nowadays is the day
you'll ultimately do it.
When it’s time,
will or not it's hard?
Will I virtually decide
to head in?
So you climb up.
Now you’re on top.
Still afraid
to do the deed.
Then you listen a voice
from down below.
She says, “Jump proper in
you’re equipped for this”.
It’s hot.
It’s wet.
It’s expecting you.
That appears to be
the spark which you need.
So that’s what you do,
you bounce proper in.
Right into the pool
from the excessive dive.
Your first time.
Thanks to the lifeguard,
and her encouragement.
