My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2024 - Exercise Day 2

Hi everyone...
This is vivie on progress exercise to long running 10K by Womendaysrun at 3rd March.

This is my first time join the long running event. My friend which acompany me at SMTown concert asked me to join, aftet hard consider, I end up with preparing myself to that event, womendaysrun 10K.

This is my second progress, because I just registered that event last week and coincedental I just have time to exercise recently. So here I am, through another way from my home to main stadion of Gelora Bung Karno.

For reach Gelora Bung Karno I passed Plaza Senayan which have beautiful decoration. Due this month is Chinese Lunar New Year, they were decorated by dragon and another thing which is related to Chinese Lunar New Year.

This place near from Gelora Bung Karno's main stadion. It was my 40 minutes from home so I take a little rest, drink my water, then continued my walk and run. Because that day was monday, how many people there cause that was after office. Kinda slighty traffic but because I was walked and not related. Hahaha

I arrived at Gelora Bung Karno main stadion at 5 minutes later then continue my run. It is just 2 lap and I felt bad cause my plan was 3 lap.

Here the result. I just finished 7km. It is almost 10K but by that I know when my dehidrate time is and how my pace is, I wish at the day I will adjusting my power till the finish line.
