Hi everyone, I hope everyone is doing great.
Today was Sunday so I spent time on things at home and some cleaning around.
My mom dad was out with cousin so I had to order something and I finally ordered food late.
I ordered Amritsari Kulcha plate which is a delicious meal for one person sometimes a month specially on weekend, as you can rest a little bit then.
This bread is filled with potato, onion Indian spices and herbs and topped with butter to increase the taste. Served along with chickpeas gravy which are sour and sweet and tasty. And accompanied with Chutney including onion and imli with sweetness.
It was really delicious I cant explain 😋
Also spent some time on work and gaming. I was not able to fix the bugs yet, but at least I was able to spend some time on it.
The weather was hot and there was a really hot template outside. It's good that I stayed at home today.
Hahah no one likes to travel in this weather.

Once when I was in Barcelona, Spain, I had the opportunity to eat 'Amritsari Kulcha' twice. I know that this dish is very popular all over India and I also know that it has become popular in other countries. In fact, in some places, it is served with different fillings like cheese, onion, paneer, etc. Be that as it may, it is a divine dish.

There have been a lot of fillings now. Originally it was just potato and onion as commonly available things.
But now with stuffing like carrot, cheese, onion as well mix vegetable are popular now.
