Hello everyone, how are you all doing lately? I hope you are all well. It's time to exercise again. Today is my second day of exercising and using the Actifit App as an exercise assistant. At around 10:20 a.m. after finishing my mission at home, I started walking in the park. My goal today is the three-way intersection, the bridge over the Jang River. The distance of today's exercise is about 2,000 meters. When I got back to the garden, I looked at my progress on the phone screen. The progress was only 4,000, so I continued exercising at home. To reach 5,000 baht, I continued exercising more. The numbers made me try harder and harder until I reached 10,000. Today, I exceeded my goal.
