My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2023

Hello Actifitters! I hope you all are fine and having a good day there. Today I woke up early in the morning and then after getting fresh me and my apartment mates decided to cook some heavy breakfast for us so we decided to cook Biryani and also made some sandwiches.✨

After that we also make tea for us and drink it and then after that I also went to the school playground and did alot of jogging because i felt i am gaining more weight.

After the ground we all friends went to outlet together and had a lot of fun, and then in the evening i went to gym in the evening and did enough exercise over there. My step count for today have reached to 12.2k steps!
