Today was spent in the offiice. After work my wife and I went for a spinning class at the gym. It was a 45 min session and in the time I rode 22.9km and burnt 452 calries.
This was needed as we went on a small break last week, where we simply ate too much.
I have another MTB race coming up this weekend, and I need to put in some cycling to keep my fitness levels up.
