Today, I went to the gym again. At our gym they have an In Body machine, that measures some critical health indicators.
The photos show my progress over time. The one measure, that I like is my body fat %, which came down nicely, with 5% since May month. Altough, I lost some muscle mass in the beginning, my muscle mass also increased since May.
There is quite a fine balance in losing fat, and gaining muscle mass, and I am very happy that I did succeed in achieving it. I still want to become a bit leaner, and will keep on working towards my goal of 15% body fat.
