Yesterday, I decided to work from home, with not much activity during work time.
After work, I hit the gym, with a quick circuit session, followed by some abb work, and then some cycling. I cycled for 45 minutes at an average speed of 30km/h, burning 600 Calories.
I entered for another Mountain Bike Race, which is planned for 9 September, giving me some more time to practice.
