im not satisfied to my client hair

I shared my unsatisfied hair color today with my client's hair because she likes a highlight with an ash tone, but she had black hair before. I put a lot of bleach on it, but it's not working. I tell the client next time don't use black hair dye because she never gets the color she wants, like a highlight or any color. I put Brazilian keratin treatment in her hair to keep it from getting dry, and I suggest using conditioner daily and a serum to protect against the sun.
