Hello everyone ๐ป,
Happy Thursday ๐ and a very warm welcome to my report. I have had just another ordinary day stepping it out this wonderful day. Happy halloween if you are celebrating.
As always thank you so much for stopping by as we break down how my day went including some of the day's trending stories. Buckle up and let's get things rolling ๐จ.
So just like yesterday I woke up to a dull cloudy morning. I definitely didn't skip my morning walk but it was quite short๐น.
Then I was back indoors handling the usual house chores. Later logged into YouTube and checked twitter following up on the trending stories.
My final walk came this evening around the park ๐ฒ, still quite cloudy and now it gets dark around 5pm๐. Some kids were really messy with fireworks everywhere, been told to expect more with the coming Diwali holiday.
Anyway, lets turn our attention to the trending stories.
The situation remains the same in the middle east. In Gaza an Israeli ground offensive in Beit Lahia in the north killed 75 Palestinians๐ฟ. Another 20 killed in other airstrikes across the strip๐ฟ.
Lebanon trending as 45 deaths reported in the city of Tyre, in intensified Israeli airstrikes๐ฟ. 6 paramedics were among the dead.
Israel also carried out attacks in Baalbek in the east too. The airstrikes are intensifying as they target Hezbollah positions๐.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah are firing rockets and projectiles into northern Israel.
Seven people reportedly killed in Israel in deadliest Hezbollah rocket ๐ strikes in months๐ฟ.
In the other war, US secretary of state Anthony Blinken, has said Russia is about to deploy 8,000 north Korean soldiers to fight Ukrainians in the Kursk region๐.
He added they will become legitimate military targets, that recruitment of North Koreans shows Russia's weakness๐น.
Across the pond, election fever in the air as both Harris and Trump campaigned in the key swing state of Arizona.
Biden won it narrowly by 10k votes in the last election. One of the reasons he beat Trump. Let's wait to see how they vote this time.
Finally, in crazy weather, the situation is still bad in Valencia region of Spain.
158 people reportedly killed in the floods๐ฟ. Army has now been deployed to help in rescue operations.
Today residents could be seen clearing off their neighborhoods. Mud and debri everywhere, in some places, cars stacked up on each other or overturned๐.
On the other side of the world, super typhoon Kong Rey has done lots of damage in Taiwan, leaving many without power๐
Now headed into China, but they are forewarned, so let's hope they take safety precautions๐ฏ.
In Japan, there's concern as the peak of mount Fuji still has no snow late into October๐. In the past it's always covered in snow by 2nd October.
These changing weather patterns are causing concern๐ฏ.
Anyways, that's it from me today, see you tomorrow on an amazing high five Friday. Take care, toodles โค๏ธ Hakuna Matata ๐ป๐ฏ.
