Hello everyone 😻,
Happy Sunday 😊 and a very warm welcome to my report. It's a day of gratitude and am feeling quite blessed 💯, things could be worse but they certainly aren't.
Let's quickly proceed to breakdown this day. You definitely know the drill,come on 💨.
So I began my day with a little bit of stretching then I was out for a walk around the neighborhood.
It was both sunny 🌞 and cloudy ☁️ as I made my way. The temps have dipped a little since the highs of last week.
Later I was back indoors handling the usual house chores. Then settled down to some you tube videos and trending stories.
My final walk was the slow paced sunset 🌄 walk around the neighborhood ending up at the park 🌲.
So that was my day and now let's delve into the trending news that caught my eye 👀.
Israeli bombardment in Gaza shows no respite as another bloody day unfolded🙀.
38 Palestinians reportedly killed in the airstrikes😿.
The 'safe zones' are becoming smaller as only ten percent of Gaza is considered safe, civilians have been crammed into these areas mostly with no access to water, sanitation or food🙀.
Meanwhile, US secretary of state, Anthony Blinken has made his tenth trip to Israel since the war began🙀.
He will be meeting Israeli PM Netanyahu in Tel Aviv as intensive diplomatic efforts continue.Next he will head to Cairo Egypt.
The US, Egypt and Qatar say a bridging proposal has been presented to both Hamas and Israel.
They will meet again next week in Cairo Egypt.
Hamas has accused Netanyahu of putting obstacles in the way of a ceasefire🙀.
Across the pond in the US, VP Kamala Harris has kicked off her bus campaign in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is expected to be confirmed as democratic presidential nominee at the DNC convention in Chicago next week.
In Europe, Ukraine trending as more than 120,000 Ukrainian forces gathered on the border with Belarus😹. I wonder what's going on with that.
Finally, Thailand trending as the youngest PM was sworn in. A daughter of a former PM, she was definitely groomed into that position 😹. Let's wait n see how the country fairs on under her rule💯.
