Hello everyone π»,
Happy Thursday π and a very warm welcome to my report. Thank you for stopping by as I breakdown how my day went including some of the trending stories that caught my eye π.
Let's not waste any more time, here we go again π¨.
So just like yesterday I was up early for my morning walk around the neighborhood. By 9 the sun π was out making for a beautiful sunrise π, though the blowing wind was quite chilly.
After about thirty minutes I was back indoors handling the usual house chores. Later on, I was on YouTube watching the trending news and crypto related stuff.
My final walk, was the usual slow paced sunset π walk. Just around the neighborhood ending up at my workout corner in the parkπ³.I made it back safe n sound calling it a day.
So now let's get into the trending stories from around the world.
Gaza trending as the blood bath continued with Israeli airstrikes hitting a school/ residential buildings in Al Nusierat refugee camp in central Gaza, Rafa, Khan Younis and Jabaliaπ. 42 Palestinians reportedly killed across the stripπΏ.
Not far off in Lebanon, the ceasefire continued to hold with more displaced people going back to their homes. However, the Lebanese army has accused Israel of violating ceasefire deal. Israel says it hit a Hezbollah arms storage facility.
Israeli PM Netanyahu has warned the gloves will be off if Hezbollah violates the ceasefire and the army should prepare for full war Incase that happensπ.
Israeli troops are to withdraw from south Lebanon under the ceasefire deal within 60 days and be replaced by Lebanese army.
Elsewhere, some unrest reported in Syria as armed groups launched surprise attacks on Syrian army in north east Aleppoπ. The confrontation continues.
In the other war, last night, Russia hit Ukraine with a large barrage of missiles causing large scale damage on Ukraine's power gridπ.
Over a million people have been left without electricityπΏ.
Putin has further warned Ukraine, he will continue using the oreshnik hypersonic missile, that cannot be intercepted Incase Ukraine uses long range US/UK missiles againπ.
Also trending, UN meeting on curbing plastic pollution is being held in South Korea with delegates from 175 countries.
Further down under, Australia has passed legislation banning under-16's from social media. A totally good move, I think it should be for over 18's, social media is a wild wild west for young mindsπ―.
Anyway that was my day, see you again tomorrow on a high five Friday. Stay safe, take care and toodles β€οΈ. Hakuna Matata π» π―
