Hello everyone π»,
TGIF ππ and a very warm welcome to my report. We are nearly saying goodbye to November .The weekend has finally caught up with us, another ordinary day is passing by and it's yet again that time of day to slow down and get ready for bed.
Before that let's quickly take a look at how my day went including the trending global stories. Buckle up and let's glide inπ¨.
So I started my day with a short walk to the grocery then extended my walk towards the main road for a while.
This morning the temps dipped and I could feel the cold π₯Ά wind though the sun πwas struggling to pop through the clouds.
Anyways, I was back indoors settled for a hot cuppa before embarking on the daily chores.
Later I followed the trending news, watched some you tube and Twitter.
In between the day, the sun was on and off but it warmed up a little.
I finished up my day with the slow paced sunset π walk. I walked around the Westminster area then I finally made it back home safe and sound calling it a day.
Next let's look at the trending stories.
Starting off in Gaza, the blood bath continued with 55 Palestinians killed across the stripπΏ. 24 of those killed in Al Nusierat refugee camp.
In the north, the head of ICU at Kamal Adwan hospital was killed in an Israeli airstrikeπΏ.
Not far off in Lebanon, Israel violated the ceasefire by hitting and destroying a Hezbollah rocket launcherπ.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah leader, Naim Kassim has declared victory against Israel.
In neighbouring Syria, opposition fighters have gained massive territory on govt held areas in Aleppoπ, pushing govt forces further.
In the other war, more than a million Ukrainians struggling in cold π₯Ά weather as Russian airstrikes destroyed the electricity gridπ.
Still in Europe, pro EU protesters marched in Tbilisi, Georgia. This after the govt suspended talks on joining the EU until 2028π.
The Russia leaning govt is totally against anything to do with EU.
In France, president Macron made a trip to the newly repaired Notre Dame cathedral. Five years ago a huge fire destroyed the roof but now it will be officially opened on December 8thπ―. Congratulations π π.
Finally, in the UK, British lawmakers have voted in favour of the assisted dying bill. It still has to go through other legislative stages before becoming law.
Under the law if a person has under six months to live due to serious medical condition, they may choose to end their life medicallyπ.
Of course it's controversial but that's what's going on.
Anyways, thank you for reading, am wishing everyone a fabulous weekend ahead.
Stay safe, take good care and adios β€οΈ. Hakuna Matata π».
