Hello everyone 😻,
Happy hump 🐪 day and a very warm welcome to my report. I have had a great day and as that midnight hour beckons am back to fill you in on how it went including the trending stories that caught my eye 👀.
Alright, here we go again, come on 💨.
I did begin my day with the usual walk around the neighborhood. I went grocery shopping then extended a bit into the main road and back indoors.
Throughout the day I followed up on the trending stories, watched some YouTube and checked out Twitter too.
It's been mostly cloudy ☁️ with a few spells of sunshine 🌞. The temps have come down from two days ago with rain 🌧️ forecasted in the coming days.
My last walk was the sunset 🌄 walk, slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
That's about it, and now let's turn our attention to the trending stories that made headlines.
In Europe, Ukraine says its forces are advancing deeper into Russia's Kursk region🙀. Giving Russia a taste of its own medicine😹
Gaza trending as another bloody day unfolded in the Khan Younis area, with 40 Palestinians killed this Wednesday 😿.
Israeli airstrikes have kept going with evacuation orders in many areas. Leaving Palestinians with no where to go🙀.
Qatar, Doha trending as Gaza ceasefire talks are set to begin tomorrow (Thursday). Israel has confirmed it will send a delegation.
Fingers crossed 🤞 this will lead to an end of bloodshed and save innocent Palestinians 💯.
Asia trending as Japan's prime minister is set to step down. He says he will not run in the next election and has quit as party president🙀.
In Thailand, a court has ordered the sacking or removal from office of the prime minister🙀.
The court found him in breach of ethical standards. Somehow he appointed an accused criminal to his cabinet😹.
Meanwhile, South Korea and US have carried out a joint military drill close to the border with North Korea🙀. A subtle warning to Kim jong UN not to even dare😹.
Finally, the WHO has declared monkey pox a global public health emergency🙀.
There was an outbreak in 2022 and now it's back originating from DRC and now spreading😿.
Lets hope it's contained soon. All's well that ends well 💯
